Yes. Our engineers diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, recommend the appropriate repair, source parts where required and return equipment to service whenever a safe repair can be completed.
Yes. Engineer reports, photographs, serial-number records, repair recommendations, RAMS and relevant personnel information can be supplied according to the project and site requirements.
Appointments depend on location, engineer availability, equipment and urgency. Central Belt visits can often be arranged quickly, while planned projects and remote locations are scheduled directly with the customer.
